At Pawfect2u, we strive to ensure your order is delivered on time while keeping you informed every step of the way. Please review the following details about our shipping and production process.
Delivery Timeline
Most orders are delivered within 2 weeks of purchase.
Queue Jump Option: On occasion, we offer a "skip the queue" service for faster artwork creation (see details below).
Approval Process
You will receive an artwork proof via email for approval before printing.
If we require additional information, such as a new photo, this may extend production time. To avoid delays, we recommend referring to our photo guide.
The faster you approve your artwork, the sooner we can ship it.
If we do not hear from you within 72 hours, your order will be auto-approved and printed.
Production Time
Orders take 2-4 working days to be printed and shipped.
Production time may increase slightly during busy session.
Shipping Detail
All orders are shipped with tracking numbers, which will be emailed to you as soon as they are available.
Holiday Notice: Expect possible delays during the holiday season (Nov/Dec) due to high demand.
Transit Times
Most orders are delivered within 7-15 working days to your doorstep.
The express shipping option is not available in all countries. If it is offered during checkout, it means the service is available for your location.
Important Notes
"Skip the Queue" Service: This optional service prioritizes your pet photo for faster artwork creation. Please note: It does not affect courier transit times.
Photo Revisions: If we require a new pet photo, production time may be extended.
Auto-Approval Policy: We allow up to 72 hours for you to approve your artwork proof. If no response is received, we will auto-approve your design and proceed with printing.
