Refunds & Returns

As our products are highly customized, we are unable to offer refunds or returns once our artists have begun creating your pet portrait design. Typically, the design process starts within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Damaged goods

On the very rare occasion that damage occurs during shipping, we will provide a replacement artwork.

To qualify, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If your item is damaged or wrong, simply email us at support@pawfect2u.com with a snapshot of the good you received. Your order will be re-sent via trackable post without any delay.
